Well wishes to you. My name is Ken Brantingham, I’m a commissioned notary in the State of Washington with over 3,300 successful notarizations. Most of these notarizations have been mortgage documents; purchase, sell, HELOC, and Reverse Mortgages. Both residential and commercial properties. I work exclusively for a single agency providing this particular line of work.
By creating Notarial Services Etc, I’m able to serve the community by providing notarizations for the individuals contacting me direct. There is no typical client. On average though, the notarization is for a Power of Attorney, Will, or mortgage document. I find these random clients hail from the local area, namely Bothell and surrounding communities. I will provide notarial services anywhere in the state if necessary.
My background is in insurance, first as an agent, wholesale broker, surplus lines broker, and later as an insurance inspector. I have legal training and performed legal work while in the Navy in the 1980’s.
